Teen Strength & Conditioning

Our Teen Strength & Conditioning program is designed for young athletes ages 12 and up who want to build a strong foundation in training and performance. These classes focus on developing overall athleticism through a balanced mix of strength, power, and conditioning.

In each session, teens will:

Learn proper technique in fundamental barbell and strength movements

Improve speed, agility, and explosiveness through sprint work and plyometrics

Build conditioning to support performance across a variety of sports

Develop long-term training habits that carry into adulthood

Whether your teenager is already competing in sports or simply wants to get stronger, fitter, and more confident, this program provides a safe and supportive environment to level up their athletic performance while setting them up for long-term success.
